Research On The Data Security Strategy In Information System Of E-Government

With the rapid development of Information technology, especially the increasingpopularity of information construction in our country, the way of the governmentworking has undergone major changes. The application of E-government becomes moreand more extensive. Due to the openness of Internet, data sensitivity and other factors,data security of the E-government is facing severe challenges.Firstly, this paper discussed the security needs of system data from two aspects,which are the E-government system and the information system. And then, an analysisof security threats of the data in credit information system is made, putting forward thesecurity requirements of the data security in E-government network. Secondly,corresponding policy is designed aiming at different security requirements in thegovernment-inner net and government-extranet. In government-inner net, identityauthentication, role based access control and user behavior tracking are applied torealize the three layers of protective system, so to ensure that insider operate the systemby rule and line. Public Key Infrastructure is used to guarantee the data integrity anddata security during transmission in government-extranet. Finally, the security policy wedesigned is realized in the application case of Xi’an enterprise credit system.
