| With the rapid development of information technology in the21st century,especially the wide application of internet technology, E-Government becomes one ofthe most important fields in modern information construction. Although China hasmade a certain achievement in the building of E-Government, we still face two mainproblems: the first is information security, and the second is information isolated island.Compared with the general business networks, E-Government system has the higherrequirements on security and confidentiality, and at the same time its demands forinformation communication and functional integration are more powerful. TheE-Government construction needs urgently a solution, which can well combine all theparts of business processing under the precondition of system security.This thesis discussed the solution of the above problems through the design andimplementation of an actual E-Government system. The E-Government system isdivided into the internal and external network: the former mainly undertakesgovernment office business, while the latter runs professional service which faces tothe society. This paper takes the following four works:(1) On the basis of analyzing ofthe system construction background, functional requirements and security needs, thispaper designs the main system function modules and database structure,(2) Implementthe system with ASP.NET MVC framework, which makes the system have goodscalability and reusability,(3) On the basis of the information isolation betweeninternal and external network, a solution to the problem of information exchange isdesigned. This solution can greatly improve work efficiency while meet the securitydemands,(4) For phenomenon of information isolated island which occurs in theconstruction of E-Government, the use strategy of Web Services is discussed.The design ideas and solutions in this paper have certain reference significance tothe design and implementation of other E-Government systems. |
