With the continuous development of science and technology, competitionin telecommunication field is increasingly fierce. To face the fierce competitionand fast development of information industry, enterprise management software--CRM(Customer Relationship Management), which has the advantage of higherinformationization level, more abundant data resource and technical experience,becomes the key point in improving corporate image, enhancing corporate service quality, decreasing custom loss and strengthening the corporation competitiveness.This paper studies data maintenance management system with the background ofgroup-level CRM in China Telecom. Firstly, CRM system, related research andpresent application status are elaborated. SOA structure, J2EE platform and SSHframe are briefly analyzed. The system design thought is proposed through analyzingexisting problems. Secondly, combined with enterprise business process, systemdemand analysis is completed. Then, SOA-based development frame with J2EE plat-form integrated with SSH is designed. The overall design of expression layer, servicelayer and persistence layer is made. Lastly, based on Hibernate as development tool ofpersistence layer, we selected Oracle9i as database and finished the database design.Based on present technology, authority design of NIST RBAC-based code manage-ment system authority design is made.According to above design of the system, telecommunication-based CRM datamaintenance system is made in the end. According to project acceptance report, eachtest of data maintenance management system is accomplished, which testify the sta-bility and utility of the system.
