Design And Implementation Of Sector Management And Collector Management Of Property Management System

As the information age is coming, enterprise’s informationization becomes a trend.And in the process of development of enterprise business, the number of properties willdramatically increase and it puts forward higher requirements for enterprise informationtechnology. As emerged by the trend, property management system provides aninformation platform for property management.This article comes from the actual project which designs and implements sectormanagement and collector management in property management system. The system ismanaged by department, which includes the user management, sector management,collector management, and property management. System is implemented by using B/Sarchitecture. By using rich client technology, traditional mode which server processesindependently becomes the modes which client and server process together. In thedevelopment of system, the Flex rich client technology, the Java Servlet and Hibernatetechnology are used. Client and server communicate with each other by http protocol.According to the system requirements and practical arrangements for the work, twofunctional modules of the system are accomplished by me, sector management andcollector management. Sector management includes five functions, adding sectorinformation, deleting sector information, splitting sector information, modifying sectorinformation and querying sector information. Collector management includes fourfunctions, adding collector information, deleting collector information, modifyingcollector information and querying collector information.By running and testing of system according to the functions of system, everyfunction meets the requirement. It shows system meets the enterprise’s requirements.
