| The dissertation mainly discusses the method of realization of the LXI AutomaticTest System based on LAN, which consists of the three following parts: an integratedtest software system, instrument drivers, and three LXI-C Class instruments. Thesystem is based on LXI bus technology; the integrated test software system controls thethree LXI-C Class devices by the instrument drivers to realize the LAN-based automatictest. The main task of this paper is to study the technology of building an integrated testsoftware system and coding several instrument drivers.First of all, a brief introduction of the automatic test systems is given, also themeasuring and controlling bus technology and software development techniques areintroduced in chapter1.Secondly, we have further discuss the key technology of thesystem, which consists of LabVIEW programming techniques, instrumentation controltechnology, database technology and LXI-related knowledge in chapter2. Then, thedetails of realizing the integrated test software system are narrated in chapter3, wherewe mainly focuses on LabVIEW programming.In chapter4, we study the technology ofinstrument drivers, including VPP Instrument Drivers and IVI Instrument Drivers.Lastly, the whole system is completed successfully.Generally, this paper studies on the LabVIEW design patterns to build a testsystem options, LXI Network Discovery based on VXI-11, ACCESS databasetechnology, VPP instrument drivers and IVI instrument drivers. |
