In the traditional temperature testing system of tobacco warehouse, usually use the methods that setting a thermometer in warehouse, observing and recording by artificial. It has the disadvantage of time-consuming and big visual error. And cannot reflect the real situation of temperature accurately in the warehouse, because the change of ordinary thermometer is slowly.In this thesis, characteristics, architecture and performance of wireless sensor networks are systematically analyzed, and introduction the operating system and programming languages of wireless sensor network detaily, have a deep research on the structural component programming.For the phenomenon that high temperature may caused spontaneous phosphine in the process of tobacco warehouse storage, a real-time temperature testing system based on wireless sensor network is constructed, it collection the current temperature value through the node which placed in different positions of the warehouse, send the value to gateway node by radio, and transmit to the computer monitor software, provide the accurate quantitative data to the operating personnel, to deal with the problem timely.When the temperature is nearing the warning value, it changed quickly and sensitive, so we use kalman filtering, analysis and prediction the temperature real-time, play the role of warning.The multi-temperature detection system is designed based on the cricket node.Write nodes and gateway program by nesC and PC program by VC++to display, filtering and warning. It improved the shortcomings of traditional temperature detection system which has low accuracy and need artificial real-time monitoring, improve the efficiency of work and save the cost of manpower.
