In recent years, with the rapid development of database technology and database management system for wide range of applications, people use inTableation technology work and the ability to search data greatly improved. The database is used in hundreds of thousands of business management, government offices, scientific research and engineering development and so on. InTableation technology continues to develop when the force and the world integrating, and database applications in the armed forces is increasingly increased. Therefore, the development and improve the inTableation force is our force’s current important task. We have some problems to be solved in the military inTableationization construction, such as extensive application of inTableation technology, establish and improve the network environment, improve office efficiency and command automation. At present, military inTableationization construction rapidly developed. The military infrastructure of inTableation processing has been completed at present, but still need to be constantly improved.The thesis is based on the analysis of the requirement of the environment of unit inTableationization construction. It’s according to the C/S structure mode, designed and implemented the military cadre management information system with Microsoft Visual Studio2005, and compeled the data storage with databases MS SQL Server2005. This system is mainly to achieve the following three functions:system management, including the system user management, nationality categories, cadres categories, education settings, the political landscape setting, departmental settings, wage category setting, position setting, duty level setting;Cadre inTableation management, including cadres basic inTableation, work resume, family relations, training records, reward and punishment inTableation, personal resume;Cadre Daily work and department management, including the management of daily work and the maintenance of contact inTableation between the departments.And it established mutual relations by the method of designment.
