| With the widespread of computer network and the development of mobile internet, the retrieval result and the way of retrieval system existed has been not fill with the requirement of users who needs higher accuracy of retrieval result and searching whenever and wherever possible. The user put forward a higher request, the book retrieval, as an important part of retrieval, faces severe challenges and opportunity.This paper based on book retrieval aims at implementing a retrieval system that the user can retrieval the required documents at any time and at any place, as well as sharing their documents. This paper firstly analysis the shortage and insufficiency of book retrieval existed, introduces the related concept and theory about semantic web and3G technology, learns from the domestic and international researches and studies, shows the key technology while developing and expounds the related theory.Secondly, this paper starting from feasibility analysis and actual requirement designs and implements the book retrieval system based on semantic web with3G support. The system divided into server-side and terminal-side two parts, the server-side is based on S2SH architecture, apply open resource framework, such as Struts2, Spring, Hibernate, Lucene and so on, to the development, make use of protege as the tools that create ontology and Jena as the tool that semantic reasoning, MySql as the main storage database, put to use MyEclipse to develop, the implements of terminal-side based on Android platform, make use of Android SDK2.2development kits, put to use Eclipse to develop. Finally, utilize the related tools and theory to realize the whole system, at the same time emphasis the process of designing and implementation with the four parts:the implementation of sever-side, the implementation of terminal-side, the construction of ontology knowledge and the construction of database, at the end of this paper, separately processes the system with overall testing and module testing, then draw the testing conclusion. Meanwhile, summaries the whole work of this paper and points out the insufficient of the system and the future prospects.
