| According to the development of technology, the military equipment’s quality has improvedquickly. In order to make use of the advanced equipment with higher technology, we should exploitnew methods to guarantee its efficiency. This dissertation explores the system of testing equipment fora certain airplane’s engine.We have introduced seven problems according to the system of testing equipment in particularly.Firstly, it analyses the theory of the engine’s important parts. And the whole designing project is setdown following the analyses of the trait of testing parameter and excitation signal. Secondly, theformula of temperature testing with thermocouple is educed, and the temperature measurement circuit(T1) is designed using sensor technology. Voltage and frequency’s characteristic of engine’s rotatingspeed sensor is analyzed.Thirdly, this paper proposes a new method to design the temperatureexcitation circuit: the voltage signal which can adjust from positive voltage to negative voltage. And italso implements this mind to empolder the temperature excitation circuit personally using the3-terminal adjustable regulator (LM117). Fourthly, the voltage and frequency’s characteristic ofengine’s rotating speed sensor is analyzed. Based on this knowledge, the circuit of rotating speedtesting is developed using the method of MCU tests periods.Fifthly, after showing the basic theory oflocation testing, the location testing circuit (X2) is developed using the technology of invariablenesscurrent.Sixthly, it designs some functions and modules of the software system.At last, this paper studiesthe data fusing methord to settle the problem of sensor zero excursion, and making use of it in P3pressure sensor as example.This dissertation has explored the capability testing system for a certain airplane’s engine usingmodern technology which can supply scientific base for capability analysis, failure detection andmaintenance in the case of malfunction, and has done some useful work for the research of equipmentmaintenance technology. It has solved the testing equipment’s negative impact on the formation ofbattle effectiveness and has improved the capability of maintenance markedly. |
