| With the rapid development of information technology, such as computer and network technology, the information system construction plays a more important role in each company. And the traditional news releases and managements approach is not suitable for the news condition. In order to facilitate the news management, it is necessary to develop an information management information system based on web applications. The news management system is a typical information management system, the development of which includes the establishment and maintenance of the application database in the back-end, and the application development of the front-end. For the former it desired to establish data consistency and integrity, data security, a database with good security. For the latter it is desired the function of the application is complete and easy to use.According to shortcoming analysis of the current news management system, an overall framework and design ideas is proposed in this paper. The goals of the system are:(1) solid reliability;(2) Security:(3) Good scalability;(4) customization features;(5) interface scalability:when new technology appears, we can easily upgrading the existing system functionality and performance;(6) Maintainability;(7) a good user experience. According to the requirement of the software engineering analysis, we analyze of the needs of the news management system and states of system feasibility from the economic feasibility, technical feasibility and user feasibility. The system design adopts a multi-layered architecture, and each layer supports the application of the upper layer. The security of the system is completed through the different security applications of each layer, and the unified security system is achieved through the control of the access between layers. These designs will ensure the safe operation of the system. Preliminary tests show that the system is stable, reliable and easy to use. The system achieves the initial goal and meets the design requirements. |
