People have always devoted to researching and improving the system function ofthe stock management which is the essential part of the business management.Automobile stock management can not only optimize the transit routes and themanagement of carriers, but also avoid the loss of funds because of the backlog of oldor used automobiles, and control the cost and quality. Through stock management, theSales Department can also know about the stock and the production capacity and thenmake a great effort on sales to reduce the backlog of the stock funds. Meanwhile, theProduction Department can make a more reasonable production plan, which acceleratesthe production pace and improves the competitiveness of the products. Using theelectronic management during the whole production can reduce the labor intensity andensure the accuracy of the data.The main research work is as follows:1. Studying the mobile stock management and the device management, finishingthe completed analysis of needs, designing the completed data flow and specificfunction;2. Combining with the software engineering, making a needs analysis andcompleted design of the stock management with traditional structural design methodsand UML language and giving a partial implementation of the software.This article uses the practical design cases to design the process of the professionalinspection, which can not only ensure the design flow and meet the practical needs ofthe automobile, but also greatly improve the flexibility of the workflow. And then basedon the examples, it sums up the solution methods of the stock management and putsforward the relevant suggestions.
