| It is proved that with more than twenty years development, postdoctoral system has congregated a lot of talents and brought out a large number of excellent research production, which makes great contributions to our economic and social development. As the development of the career of post doctor, the management philosophy is innovating, the management system is completing, and the management manner is optimizing.The postdoctoral integrated management information system (CPIMIS) developed in this research can be used as the important way for the management of post doctors in our country. Aimed at post doctors, the relatively completed human resources system that covers the whole country is developed to realize the informational and networking management of post doctors, to achieve the managementã€inquiry and statistic of the information of post doctors and to promote the reasonable regulating of post doctors, the reasonable utilization of the resources and the technical development.There are seven relatively separated modules in the system which are the module of information issuing, the module of member service, the module of communication, the module of official working, the module of examination management, the module of project appraisal and the module of data mining analysis. The system provides for the management divisions of all levels (the post doctor station, the organization of the post doctor station, the management divisions of the province and military army, the council of the post doctor) a standardization approach of management, examine and approve. The system predigests the official working flow, saves the official working time, improves the official working efficiency, realizes the intensivism and standardization of daily official working, the intelligent of post doctors’management, and explores a new successful way for the exploitation and utilization of post doctors resources. |
