| With the increasing competition among enterprises, information managementtechnology in the development of enterprises is playing an increasingly important rolein business and personnel information management system. As an integral part ofbusiness management, its content and management for business decision-makers arecritical. The traditional enterprise personnel information data management usuallyadopts manual recording method. However,this method is of high rate errors, lowstatistical efficiency, and of difficulty data sharing. In view of this situation, theElectronic Institute10th is in urgent need of a computer management informationsystem suitable for personnel information data management.For the Tenth Institute of Electronics management process, this thesis designed theentire information management system development process, including system analysis,system design, database’s design and system implementation. Object-oriented systemdesign approach is used in the specific module, in which Visual Studio2008as adevelopment tool, C/S as the system architecture, C#as programming language, SQLServer2000as the backend database. The main contents include as following:Firstly, the background and domestic international status of the Tenth Institute ofElectronics Personnel Management Infotmation System is introduced.Puts forward theresearch target of the system. Some technologys, such as operating platform,databasetechnology, and client/server architecture, is introduced also in the thesis.Secondly, according to the enterprise unit characteristics of the Tenth Institute ofElectronics,the system demand analysis is made. On this basis, the overall systemarchitecture is designed, including the function of the sustem structure, processes,design of database and so on. At the same time the system function module isintroduced in detail。Thirdly, based on the system demand analysis and design, the system isimplemented by the existing technologys. The information management systemincluding staff, employee information query, the system management module, to becompleted by the company’s employees daily attendance of personnel management, employee mobility management, payroll management, and basic information of thequery, add, delete, modify, etc., thus facilitating business-to-personnel informationmanagement, decision-making and for managers to manage a variety of personneldeployment activities provide an important basis.Finally, the entire content of the thesis is summarized and some problems forfurther study are presented. Practical application shows that the design of system,whichis rational easy to use and has perfect function,significantly increased the TenthInstitute of Electronics management technology level and work effectively and plays apositive role to enterprise’s development. |
