Nowadays, as fast development of science technology, information industry has becomeone of the fastest and emerging industries. As the essence of information technology and soulof software industry, it’s absolutely strategically, and leadingly industry. Efficient economydevelopment of Guangdong province also relied on this. Even though, software developingprocess of small and medium companies are still need to be considered, since its managementprocess is not that correct, which lead to the low efficiency of software development, also theunqualified software. From the perspective of home and abroad, software systems related withdevelopment management have common problems like only from certain part of their ownview, which lack of a total solution of software developmentof the product.Thus, proposal of diversification facing on software development management system ishelping to provide a total solution of software development management, which as wellfocused on software limitations. With strengthening production plan, improving softwaredevelopment plan, Our system will resolve enterprise management, project management,software engineering integration management problems, and provide software one-stopservice.Diversifiable software development management will help to realize softwaredevelopment automation. It could integrate software development ERP methodology, andutilize SOA、Webservices、J2EE、RUI, then complete development of process management,contract management, customer management, project planning management, configurationmanagement, which covered by enterprise management, project management, softwareengineering. At the same time, it’s a comprehensive enterprise development managementsoftware with resilience and fusion.
