Research And Development Of Airborne Radio Altimeter Automatic Test System Based On General Automatic Test Platform

Airborne equipment automatic test technology is more and more important in the modernproduction. The computer automatic detection system can meet the needs of reliability of themodern airborne radio equipment for further improvement and further increase in automatictest contents.This Paper comes from a cooperation project of GuangZhou aircraft maintenancecompany radio department. The research of this paper is to design a set of general automatictest platform and then develop the ALA–52B airborne radio altimeter automatic test systembased on this general automatic test platform. The automatic test system can realize automatictest instead of manual testing to improve efficiency and accuracy of airborne radio altimeterequipment fault detection. And the completed development of ALA–52B radio altimeterautomatic test system realized the actual application of the general automatic test platform.This thesis presents an introduction which explains the general automatic test system andits software and hardware. Based on this, the system’s whole structure is established. TheALA–52B radio altimeter automatic test system’s demand is analyzed.Based on this, thesystem’s whole structure is established. This paper expounds the hardware design, completedALA-52B radio altimeter’s test unit adapter; It elaborated on software design scheme andpresents the ALA-52B radio altimeter detailed testing procedures.It introduces the controlplatform compile ALA-52B radio altimeter TPS development,operation and debuggingenvironment.ALA-52B radio altimeter automatic test system has been development on the generalautomatic test platform. Through the analysis of these equipment test results, we can see thatthe system runs steadily, the test results are accurate and can meet the test requirements of thecompany.
