The research on survivability measure of wireless sensor network is a very important topic in the network nature research area. Complex network theory is an important tool which can be used to study the nature of network. With the continuous expansion and complexity of network, the probability of random or purposed attack also grows. So a comprehensive survivability measure model should not only take the failure mode into account, but also consider node, link and topology’s effect.Content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1. Providing a survivability entropy measure model based on node importance and entropy theory, which is suitable to wireless sensor network. On the consideration of failure mode, node connection degree, topology location information, edge importance and the shortest path information are all measured through this model. At last, also verify the validity of this measure model for assessment via simulation result.2. On OMNeT++platform, this research presents the simulation experiments about small-world model, random model and regular model of wireless sensor network, provides a graph of results and specific data. Based on the data, a comparative study shows that in the case of unknown to strike mode, the small-world network has better survivability.3. On the assumption that the sink node is at one end, this paper provides the simulation experiments about method for small-world network construction from the directed angle point. During the experiment, put the directed angle in two different regions. Finally, analyze the survivability performance with survivability entropy, provide data and conclusion.
