| The smart microwave switch system includes the smart microwave switch, the software and the detector. The content on software, detector and communication protocol was discussed in this paper.According to the smart microwave communication protocol and the requirement of control functions, the software is designed with some modules of microwave signal calibration, running state examination, real-time waveform display, sensitivity adjustment and others. The software is able to interpret data and display real-time waveform in accordance with commands of the communication protocol. It can make operators to know the running condition of the switch intuitively through data and waveforms.The detector on the smart microwave switch is a kind of portable detecting instrument, and it is developed on the basis of the MSP430F149microprocessor. The detector integrates most important functions of the software, so that the staff can operate and set switches via RS-485in the industrial field. The detector data memory is a256KB serial I2C bus memory storage——AT24C256, it can store a large amount of data on operating state of switches for analyzing.The communication protocol on the smart microwave switch system is a special protocol for transferring data between three major components of the smart microwave switch system. It strictly defines the communication system model, a physical link, transmission rate, frame format and other contents.Experimental results indicate that, the software, the detector and the communication protocol can meet the requirements of the application, and work stably and reliably. |
