| Adopted in10kV overhead transmission lines, Boundary Load Switch is an effective tool which could reduce power accidents of trouble-free lines and shrink the outage time and aeras. Due to drawbacks in automation,security,etc, traditional switches are unable to meet the needs of electric power automation system at present.Thanks to remote monitoring technology,not only fault interval can be located quickly, but also operating switches intelligently and conveniently by remote control is avaliable.Therefore, Boundary Load Switch Monitoring System contributes to improve automation in distribution network and enchance power system reliability.Mainly at the design and development of monitors in Boundary Load Switch Monitoring System, functions and business modules of the system are analyzed detailly in this paper.By using C/S and B/S Hybrid Architecture,communication module, data processing module,database acess module and interface displaying module are designed.Technically, based on.Net Frame Work, many teachnological means are applied,such as ado.net,data binding,database,protocol parser drived by xml,etc. As for its functions, real-time data inquery, operating switches by remote control,historical data inquiry,etc are achieved in the system.Up to now, the system has been developed and is puting into use.Morever,the results prove that the system is of high stability and favourable expandility. |
