| The simulation technology has developed rapidly in the military field in recent years. A large number of computer simulation technologies have been introduced into the product development, and have become a mainstream trend of product design. It can assist the design of fuze virtual prototype on using the simulation process customization and simulation data management technology. The intelligent design platform not only can shorten development period, increase economic benefits and military benefits, but also can avoid mistakes effectively and improve fuze design qualities.This research focused on implementation of the expert system of fuze mechanism intelligent design. By taking advantages of the simulation process customization and simulation data management technology, the expert system of fuze mechanism intelligent design studied based on the design and simulation experience of fuze, which provides a process automation tool for the modern fuze mechanism design. The main researches finished as follows:(1) The model base of fuze mechanism built. The establishment of virtual prototype is completed by using UG secondary development technology for the expert system of fuze virtual prototype. With the B/S mode and database technology, a Web network management system to achieve data access and operation is developed.(2) The simulation template of fluid analysis and magnetic analysis for magnetorheological fuze is built by using simulation process customization technology.(3) The simulation data management system of fuze is developed in the environment of Microsoft Visual Studio2005. Foreground interfaces designed by ASP.NET and background programs were written by C#programming language.(4) The intelligent design expert system of fuze mechanism is developed by integrating the expert system of fuze virtual prototype, model base system, integrated simulation system and simulation data management system, which provides a new means for fuze design. |
