As a part of the Dyeing and finishing production line the injection machine is a set of Cold rolling of pretreatment equipment completing fabric jet feeding.In order to realize energy conservation and emissions reduction technology reform, this paper applies advanced fuzzy control technology, VVVF technology, touch screen control technology and field bus technology to design and realize the injection machine control system.This paper describes the control system design process in detail, and the key problems are discussed and researched. The whole control system is installed in the independent design electrical control cabinet.On the basis of the engineering technology research of requency converter system and multi-motor synchronization control theory the transmission part uses the master-slave cascade control strategy based on induction motor vector control.It realizes the synchronous motor control.The spray part adopts parameter self-setting fuzzy PID control to achieve constant pressure control. Through the simulation, it verifies the control strategy of system and the system simulation debugging. After the actual debugging control system delivers. Finally, the manual control in engineering applications and systems upgrading scheme is discussed.This system has advantages of high efficiency, energy-saving and emission reduction, high reliability, good scalability and maintainability, convenient management of information, etc.lt realizes the both economical and environmental protection and simple short flow process, up to the environmental protection standard of government and textile association, and the overall technology will be a leading domestic level, having wide application prospect.
