With the development of information technology industry, its penetrations of modern social life are pervasive.Personally Identifiable Information,Hotel Check-in registration,Member registration,The bank’s business and many other services rely heavily on information technology support, which relevant construction of data information platform is particularly important. It plays in the whole process the role of unsung heroes. If the lack of data platform supporting behind the scenes, All hardware and front interface can not achieve the desired effect. With extensive advance of data platform technologies, China’s modern development of the industry can play an important role in promoting.Aviation industry is an important class of modern service industry, Its development has been in leading the vanguard of technological development and reform. Because people who take aviation aircraft are relatively well-off class in society, relatively, for the service level requirements are higher. So how in the fast-growing and highly competitive modern service stand out, are not only visible hardware conditions but also need intangible soft conditions to provide technical supporting to better service. Based on the SOA technology, this paper discusses composition and technology of air unified data platform, combines UML modeling techniques, analysis and designs a air unified data platform based on SOA technology. In this information platform, Airlines, which is able to make better use of customer information and data and tap the value of customers, can achieve its business model from the "product-centric" to a "customer-service center" of the change, to provide targeted services to the airlines to consolidate and improve their competitive advantage and enhance the protection of long-term profitability. This system is designed for the airline’s business model from "product-centric" transformation "customer service center" needs.
