In this information platform, Airlines,which is able to make better use of customer information and data and tap the value of customers,can achieve its business model from the "product-centric" to a "customer-service center" of the change, to provide targeted services to the airlines to consolidate and improve their competitive advantage and enhance the protection of long-term profitability.This system is designed for the airline’s business model from "product-centric" transformation "customer service center" needs.
