The use of large-scale maintenance machinery of railway is the major measuresto make the railway construction equipment realize the goal of mechanizationspecialization and modernization. A lot of electrohydraulic proportional controlvalves control circuits such as the control circuit of stamping device’s promotion anddemotion, the control circuit of stabilizing device’s vibration and the control ofstabilizing device’s the left and right vertical preload force are being used inlarge-scale maintenance machinery. Therefore, the electrohydraulic proportionalcontrol technology and its application in large-scale maintenance machinery hasgreat realistic significance for improving the level of control large-scalemaintenance machinery.This paper expounds the domestic and foreign research and application status inthe railway large-scale maintenance machinery and electrohydraulic proportionalcontrol technology, discusses the working principle of electrohydraulic proportionalvalve and the basic principle of electrohydraulic proportional control technology,studies the application methods of the electrohydraulic proportional controltechnology in large-scale maintenance machinery’s network control platform,analyzes the work environment and the electrical control system requirements of thecopied from flat lining tamping machine and completes the design work of thenetwork control platform’s underlying hardware circuit.The underlying hardwarecircuit includes the TI’s TMS320F2812DSP which is the control core and otherperipheral modules. Anti-interference circuit is being designed because of the harshwork environment of underlying hardware platform.This paper researches the advantage of PWM and its control technology andcompletes the excogitation of electrohydraulic proportional valve control circuitdriven by PWM. According to proportional valve median dead zone effect theperformance of the system seriously in position closed-loop control system,linearization compensation PID control method is being adopted to reduce theinfluence of proportional valve median dead zone effectively and improve thesystem’s control precision.According to the I/O driver module’s problems appeared in the debuggingprocess to the tamping machine’s network control platform such as high temperatureof MOSFET and module and unreliability over-current protection, improvement is being raised and realized.The research achievement of this paper is being separately applied in08-32type tamping machine and WD-320type Dynamic stability machine,which verifiedthe design’s validity and practical value.
