| With the rapid development of science and technology, and the rapid advancement of automation technology, pressure transmitter as a field device is widely used in industrial control systems. HART protocol supports both4-20mA analog signal univariate communication. Additional information can also communicate with a digital signal; it is suitable for the current industrial situation a field bus. This issue is based on the understanding the development of domestic and international pressure transmitter dynamic context, application status in the worldwide range to do a full investigation of the HART communication protocol, combined with the current situation of the on-site control system, research and design intelligent pressure transmitter based on HART communication protocol devices. The main work around the system is the hardware and software design. The hardware part of the work is:modern smart meter principle and design ideas, research and analysis to determine the system overall program; core chip selection; design the circuit connection diagram between the various modules; conducting system feasibility analysis, circuit issues such as power supply and power consumption are given solutions. The software part of the work:due to the pressure sensor temperature drift phenomenon, the use of improved BP neural network method to achieve the temperature compensation of the pressure sensor; analysis system software architecture, and monitoring, measurement and control, communications program design.BP neural network method to achieve the pressure sensor temperature compensation,the sensitivity of the pressure sensor in the after compensation temperature drift and zero--bit temperature drift has its the significantly improved. The design of this project smart pressure transmitter has high reliability and accuracy to achieve the desired results. |
