The linear array CCD test system with background light is the key technology in today’s indoor target test of the channel weapons. In order to fit the measurement accuracy requirements, this paper summarize the test method used by predecessors, and research the large target surface light source system in the measuring system based on the dual linear array CCD intersection, and analysis the affect of the light source to the pixel values of the projectile center position from the different locations of the target surface, so get the compensation for the center pixel from the center pixel deviation. This paper designed a light source in the linear array CCD test system. Research the method of the compensation for the projectile center pixel, completion the experiments and error analysis.Analysis the requirements of various parameters of the linear array CCD camera under the corresponding target surface in the linear array CCD intersection measuring system. Choose the camera resolution is2048, pixel size is14μm and the lens with the focal length of a35mm. The confluence of two cameras formation a10m×10m measurement target surface; Through the analysis of existing emission minimum unit, selected triangle SMD light beads as the light energy for a uniform distribution of the light emitting structure, and selected the uniform diffuser film to make the light energy distribution uniform and determine the diffusion characteristics of the diffuser film. On this basis, design and build a light source for the large target surface. Theoretical analysis and simulation for the distribution of the light energy and determine the optimal structure parameters.In the structure of the light source, The different incident of the projectile will effect the center position of the pixel in the CCD imaging, Use the size of projectile, the projectile is created by the rule of the Image in the CCD camera. Establish the compensation model for the projectile center pixel when the projectile position is different, and through the extracting the edge of the real projectile and gray value distribution to get the position of the projectile center pixel, and by comparison, through the experiment, get the affect of the light source to the target centre pixel in the2m×2m target surface, and simulate the compensation value of the target centre pixel in the whole target surface.
