Along with the continues deepening of reform in power industry system, the operation and management of power grid is gradually opening to the market. In order to realize the principles of fairness, justice and opening in electricity transaction, the importance of metering system on electric energy are more prominent than ever before.As the computer and communication technologies continues to improve, the traditional manual reading system gradually changes to the automatic reading system. Currently all kinds of electric energy acquisition system has entered a stable growing period in china. But because of the difference in the construction standards and manufacturers cooperation and most of the systems are running independently, with leads to poor interoperability and intercommunity data sharing. The choice of communication channel is also running independently, with failed to realize the sharing of resource and therefore lead to a waste of money and resources. In order to help electric power enterprises to make full use of existing resources, sharing electric energy data and also in response to customer timely demand. It is necessary to design a set of electric energy management system.Traditional energy management system uses the same system to acquire and apply data. It has the following the advantage:the first, it will aggravate the processing task of computer system, if multiple clients apply and collect data at the same time, the accomplishing rate of data acquisition will be affected; The second, it will increase the workload of staff. When the data has not been collected completely, the staff will take extra work to have the data supplement. This paper suggests that we should separate the traditional energy acquisition system, and that we also let its collection and application work independently. In order to form a data center on the basis of the energy management system. We should design set of electronic energy data application platform and improve the application level.This paper briefly introduces the developing history of electric energy management system and its current running situation. It also put forward a detailed design. Beside this paper also summarized the whole design rules. Finally, I just hope my paper can provide better ideas for future research on this subject. |
