| RFID has been considered as the most promising technology.It is a non-contact automatic identification technology. Even in harsh environments, it can also identify the target through radio frequency signals without intervention. With high accuracy, security and scalability, RFID is widely used in logistics management. The rise of the Internet of Things, will greatly promote the development of the technology. In China, the development of the RFID tag chips also facing the challenge of lack of independent intellectual property rights and the application level.This thesis presents a design of an RFID tag digital baseband controller based on ISO/IEC14443standard. And its wireless communication interface is compliant with the ISO/IEC14443Type A protocol2and Part3. Crypto-1Stream Cipher is used to protect the security of data exchange. Specifically, the thesis includes the following contents:analysis of protocol, overall architecture of the chip, design of the sub-module, anti-collision algorithm, simulation and verification.The14443protocol compliant RFID digital baseband is consist of signal modulation and demodulation module, anti-collision algorithm, control and logic operation module, the function of the safety certification, and the EEPROM memory cell, the timing control of the EEPROM interface module.At the last part of thesis, the baseband is simulated and verified by software and FPGA development board. |
