| With the continuous and rapid development of IT technology and IT architecture on university business, IT departments on universities are facing more and more new requirements and challenges. The SOA method is a service oriented system architecture and if universities use SOA method as a new way to solve the problems on IT departments, it can effectively integrated the internal resources on campus and realize the information sharing between different universities. Also SOA method can improve the business ability and information ability, reduce the IT cost of development and improve business efficiency. Therefore, this paper chooses SOA method as the system solution.Welcoming new arrivals is the first service works in universities. Also it is first information management system for new arrivals to contact. This year, many universities all over the country has increased its number of students and pilot reform of recruit students also emerge endlessly, so there will be more and more practical problems for new students. For example, the application procedures for new arrivals are too much and different departments can’t share information very well and will work hard to coordinate from each other. So the information island phenomenon widely exists in universities’information systems. Therefore, a digital and network reform has become a new orientation issues in universities. To solve this problem, this paper uses SOA method and realizes a new system.The new information system is based on SOA method, it can make use of the current resource on universities’fundamental framework and solve the digital system’problems. Also it can deal with the information island phenomenon very well. The new system many advantages such as loose coupling, reusable, expanded and so on. According to the actual demand changing, it can reform the business quickly. Above all, it is very essential in universities’information and digital development. In this paper, it first introduces the development situation in current universities. And then it mainly comes up with the SOA method and its advantages. Next, it does a careful demanding analysis about the new system. After this, it gives the design and implement of the whole Enroll System. At last, it summarizes the performance of the system and comes up with the future prospect. |
