Aviation electronic system plays an important role in the plane, function testingand fault diagnosis in avionics systems become more and more important, more andmore complex, the development of automatic test system seems especially important.And the use of the virtual instrument technology is enable to form various automatictest system by sharing hardware and software resources fastly and conveniently.This paper introduces the architecture of the automatic test system, according tothe project requirements, the general design of the automatic test system and the laterexperiment are described. In the project development process, the author attends todiscuss the design of overall structure, the software and the hardware and theanti-interference in detail. Based on LabVIEW software platform and virtualinstrument technology, each funtional module of the automatic test system areachieved by intergrating cards. Finally, the whole test system has accomplished the testfunction on the performance of a device by the way of the software testing and thedocking and debugging.After adopting to the automatic testing system, test efficiency and data throughputcan be increased greatly and the system has successfully applied to the productionfield.
