Because of the high-density circuit module with high frequency, high density, highreliability features, and a series problems of difficult assembling, low rate of qualifiedproducts, high failure rate, there is a great challenge for traditional testing processingand methods. Now for a lack of effective means of detection, the detecton ofhigh-density circuit module is difficult and inefficient, while single testing means areinfficient and time-cosuming to ensure the accurate position of the fault. So newtesting means and combination-testing is geting more and more attention and researchas an efficient means of detection.In this paper, the characteristics of high-density circuit module and modern testingtechniques and methods are deeply researched, the key factors impacting the detectionefficiency of high-density circuit module quality are analysed, then a framework ofhigh-density circuit module detection are established. The new detection method——electromagnetic scanning technology is introduced into high-density circuit detectionand key technologies is researched on the application of electromagnetic scanningtechnology in the dectection of high-density circuit. The advantages and disadvantagesof threshold method and Maximum cross-correlation method are analysed, then theyare applied to the comparison of spectrum, and string comparison algorithm based onthe key points is designed to solve the key problem——finding unusual points in theelectromagnetic scanning technology.Experimental results show that the introduction of electromagnetic scanningtechnology into high-density circuit is feasible and effective, and the string comparisonalgorithm based on the key-points can solve the problem of finding unusual pointsaccuarely and efficientyly.In the following research work, the whole processing optimization and the testingframework of high-density circuit module and another key algorithm will beresearched.
