| With the rapid development of information technology and its increasingutilization in military field, information system management has strongly promoted theconscription work. The current working model of conscription, which uses the simplecomputer management combined with the conventional manual management, hasdifficulty in adjusting to the information construction of conscription. So it is inevitablynecessary to improve the methods and techniques of conscription by fully making use ofmodern computer and network communication technologies in order to make the workmore planning, more scientific, and more accurate.This paper, based on a full investigation and analysis of the current conscriptionwork in Xi’an, designs and implements an online conscription management systemusing Microsoft.NET technology. Firstly, it analyzes the functional and non-functionalrequirements of conscription work according to the actual conditions of the conscriptionwork in Xi’an. Secondly, it gives the framework and functional graph of this project andrealizes the design using the Browser/Server architecture. This project consists of twoparts, the online conscription subsystem and the conscription management subsystem tomeet the requirements of diverse clients and privileges. According to the procedure andprogress of the conscription work, this system is mainly divided into the followingmodules, online conscription module, preliminary examination module, physicalexamination module, political examination module, new recruitment examinationmodule, etc. The new recruitment examination module is the most important module,which establishes a quantified management model to provide decision strategies for thismodule on the basis of different configurations of the parameters.Finally, this paper performs functional and non-functional test systematically, andthe testing result shows that this system meets the requirements and achieves theexpected objectives of online conscription work in Xi’an. |
