Interest rate fluctuates frequently, which expose interest rate risk. It is necessary to monitor interest rate and measure interest rate risk. Therefore, a fairly complete and applicable analysis and detection system are needed urgently to reduce labour intensity of the workers and to improve the efficiency. The software can ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data. Furthermore, it provides a reliable data analysis model.The paper takes People’s Bank of China and Agriculture Bank of China for instance. Combining with general features of banks, it analyzes practical software requirements of bank management personnel and users. In addition, the thesis analyzes the shortcomings of B/S system based on4-tier structure and designs system architecture. The system above realizes five functions of data import, data statistics and query, report generation, data Maintenance, system setup. The tri-layer Browser/Server mode is applied in this system. The environment of ASP.NET are used to make system development. The ADO.NET technology is used to connect database. Database Connection Pool(DBCP) is used to improve efficiency of accessing database.The system has many advantages such as rich applications, clear-structure, high efficiency, better database accessing rate, etc.In additoan, it is easy to extend and maintain, which facilitates user operation, reduce probability of mistake, enhance validity and accuracy of the information and improve the quality of service in bank.However, the following problems are required to be improved.Firstly, the security need to be advanced.Secondly, the integrity of the data is needed to be improved. Finally, the accuracy and compatibility is needed to be raised.
