| Currently on the drip irrigation pipe production line, the holes are detected by themanual detection methods. Their efficiency is low, with high missing detection rate.With the growing market demand, while ensuring quality and production efficiency, sohow to detect holes in a high-speed and more effective way is very important.In this paper, an overall design of the drip holes position detection system, basedon computer vision, is proposed for the need of Yang Ling Qinchuan water-savingcompany.Hardware and software modules is implemented.The system consists of a hardware module and a software module.Hardwaremodule mainly realizes the control of external devices such as printers, measuringdevice of length, Image acquisition device. This module uses the PCI bus and CPLDtechnology.PCI9052chip is a PCI bus interface chip, used for the communication withthe host computer. CPLD soft core realized the control of external devices, including:multi-location, multi-channel interrupts sharing and the anti-jitter of incremental rotaryencoders. The device driver of PCI controller card is achieved both on the linux andwindow xp. Software modules include the main image detection algorithm, the usermanagement module and report generation module. After field testing, the system meetsthe client’s needs. |
