Sincedomestic industrial standard ERP system is not available in our country yet and themillion priced imported software are usually unacceptable,an industrial ERP systemwith comprehensive function was develop by a company in-country,The writer of thisdissertation participated in the R&D process of this project and designed the CTI[1](Computer Telephony Integration)server software.A tradition call center is usually constructed by cards. In order to avoid theconflicts of hardware parallel accessing,the exchange software utilize circular mode toaccess hardware. But this mode is not suitable for complex exchange demands becauseit is tent to be uncontrollable in that situation. This dissertation proposed a innovativemultithreading technology. By re-encapsulation the insecurity thread SDK functionprovided by cards vendor,a mechanism of mute can be achieved to transfer the realizecomplex function and improved the system’s robustness.In addition,according to the practical needs,an instant communication tool havingthe function like QQ must be provided. The instant communication function wasrealized on the CTI server.After three months operation, the bank press-for-payment comprehensivemanagement platform,has been characterized as full-coverage, multi-function, stableand easy-to-use, which is practical for the automaticity. CTI plays a key role to ensurethe smooth operation of the whole system. |
