The power distribution of satellite is one of the most important technologies in space and is the life of one aerocraft. Now, the domestic traditional power distribution technology is dividing the EPS to many units, each unit has accomplished definite function, so the whole EPS are control under the OBDH. But in the foreign design the tradition that each satellite is divided into several subsystems have been broken, several units which are distributed in Platform or payform finish all the electronical functions, the integration of functions and components is well. To improve the capability of domestic satellites and keep convenient interface to foreign satellites, the development of domestic satellites is near to the mode of foreign satellites development. Based on the need of satellite development trend, This theme aims to research the improvement of distribution technology and make satellitic power distribution unit miniaturization modularization and standardization so as to solve problems such as low integration, large weight and poor expansibility.This theme has a detailed hardware design for power distribution unit,to break the traditional style of manufacture of satellite, to integrate the main functions of Electronic Power subsystem and Onboard Data Handling Subsystem, and let the CPU and Bus to control the unit directly. To Standardize the interface of modules, and facilitate the extending of modules so as to make unit miniaturization, the volume as well as weight have been largely decreased, and design the unit structure based on associating style of insert-pull out and cage, to enhance the reliability and ensure the long life of unit by strengthening reliability design.With the research and experiment, the unit is controlled automatically, is modularized, is standardized, is miniaturized, and has higher reliability and longer life, and the unit can be use in practice. And the weight of unit is decreased largely because of the integration of functions and adoption of Bus and CPU, which make the harness lightened than that of before integrated, the effect is very good.
