Efficient use ofexisting resources to maximize efficiency has also become an important criterion of theperformance evaluation of the logistics company.Present mathematical programming, data mining and computer mapping theory oflogistics management has become the main trend in the industry, however, some smalland medium-sized logistics enterprises in cost of inputs, such as facing a seriousshortage, it is difficult to achieve a complete information management. This articlemainly uses Dijkstra algorithm of cluster analysis and data mining technology on thedelivery route in the logistics field to be optimized to solve optimization problems andthe regional distribution center construction site in order to help small and medium-sizedlogistics companies to achieve lower cost of information management. The main workof the following:(1)First we Abstract the practical problems of distribution route optimization in the fieldof logistics and regional distribution center location no to Unicom diagram, according tothe mathematical model to solve further.(2) Consider the different factors in the distribution sectors ultimately spent, givingdifferent weights, and ultimately determine the reference value of the consideration ofthe right route.(3)To determine the route cost metric, using the Dijkstra algorithm to determine theselection of logistics best route.
