A Study Of The Solution Of The Home Textile Fabric Oriented Advanced Planning And Scheduling System

As the main traditional industry,many ERP providers entered into the domain of the home textile industry ERP,but there is few home textile ERP system provider has the extensive users, lack of the products with power force,one of the reasons is that software provider with limited ability of research,few home textile ERP provider can realize the high end function,another reason is that the current structure of industry of the home textile industry is also relatively primitive,there is no consciousness of the supply chain competition between the enterprises However, ERP system is weak in planning and scheduling, always to exist in name only. Production planning and scheduling should be the core function of the ERP system, but it cannot effectively promote the planning and scheduling in practice in home textile enterprise, and some so-called ERP systems are just the buying-stocking-selling system with some financial function. For the inefficacy of ERP’s planning and scheduling, it is still relying on the manual planning and scheduling in many home textile enterprises which have realized the basic information management.The advanced planning and scheduling system is the front edged study aspect which is payed close attention by the academic and the industrial world in the fields of the advanced manufacturing and the automatization. In theory the advanced planning and scheduling system is the effective way to solve the problem of home textile industry ERP’s planning and scheduling part, but this system should be closely aligned with the characters of the home textile industry and consider all the actual factors.Therefore, the precondition to successfully implement the home textile fabric advanced planning and scheduling system is to study the characters of the manufactory process of the home textile fabric industry. The dicuss of this article is based on the character of manufactory process of the home textile industry in Zhe jiang province.At first,this article introduces what is home textile fabric industry and the basic characteristics and the developing state of this industry. And then it bases on the informationization of the home textile fabric industry, analyse the degree of Informationization and the developing direction of the hometextile fabric industry,and then study the method and status of planning and scheduling, and bring a concept forward:the planning and scheduling system for the deficiency of the advanced planning and scheduling in the ERP. Then we basicly introduce the status of development of the advanced planning and scheduling system, and bring forward the architecture of advanced planning and scheduling system in home textile fabric, and then make an analysis about the integration of the ZY company home textile fabric scheduling system and the legacy systems based on the SOA concept, at last, we make an expectation of the development of the advanced planning and scheduling system in the hometextile fabric industry.It shows these best practice in the process of system design and implementation as followed:use the task set to predigest the process of allocation source rule for the user’s project; the evolution from the static home textile fabric EBOM to the home textile MBOM which contains the process route;the special layered software architecture and the object-oriented system design;use the GUI such as the gunter chart to schedule the home textile fabric production;use the SOA technic to integrate the home textile fabric scheduling system and the legacy systems.This article is based on the author’s experience in the home textile fabric industry, based itself upon the the practical situation of the home textile fabric industry, and make a reference of the top-ranking theory of the advanced planning and scheduling,by the discussion of the home textile fabric producing scheduling, hoping for making some useful reference for the realization of the home textile fabric advanced planning and scheduling system.
