The "pan-entertainment phenomenon” has a very important investigate value andsignificance as the main symptoms which is showed in today’s television transmission. Sincethe beginning of the twenty-first century, the "entertainment" has entered the household andbecame the high-frequency words in the social lives of the people with many factorspromoted. With the "entertainment" in the gradual infiltration of all areas of society, thephenomenon of "pan-entertainment” began to take shape, and more concentrated in the fieldof television transmission, and the “television program" of pan-entertainment phenomenon isparticularly hot, and the discussions became increasingly intense.Over the years, the debate of development of this phenomenon is more good than harmor more harm than good was never stopped just like the development of media technology, thediscussion of media functions and influence. It is the so-called word of difficult tune and howto unified the different taste? Which way to treat the social effects brought by the"pan-entertainment phenomenon should be? Read a large number of research papers andbooks, I found that there is a unitary characteristics of the critical angle and method, most ofthem are standing in the political criticism of the "pan-entertainment phenomenon, the angleand position was being of moral criticism.In this paper, the issue of "pan-entertainment phenomenon and its background will bedepth analyzed in objective dialectic way from the multi-angle of sociology, socialpsychology in order to find the way of better fulfill its social responsibility fortelevision transmission, and find the strategy of making pan-entertainment phenomenonfast growing in healthy way to promote the harmonious development of society.
