With the development of mobile Internet and semiconductor technology, people have the increasingly strong demand for the home life of the network, intelligence and energy-saving. The household appliances, lighting, security alarm and other modules are integrated into the control platform through a wireless network, realizing the intelligent control and management. Intelligent lighting system is essential subsystem of intelligent building and home automation. Aiming at the defects about cumbersome wiring, poor expansibility, single function, artificial management,"long lamp" consumption and so on, the traditional lighting system has been unable to meet modern life and the quality demand. The intelligent lighting system emerges as the times require under this background. LED and wireless sensor network technology brings the broad space for development and prospect of application to the digital home of the lighting system of network, intelligent and energy-saving.The paper puts emphasis on the research and design of intelligent lighting control system. The control object chooses the LED lamps of the fourth generation new type light source, which is integrated constant current drive and PWM pulse dimming technology, completes the dimming of256degree PWM linear and color temperature. Control strategy chooses ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, combined with the ZigBee2007protocol stack of the mesh topology structure, real-timely collects the environment parameters of LED lighting scene. After having a logic judgment and intelligent analysis, the CC2530chip completes intelligent dimming, color temperature, group control, scenarios and other complex functions. At the same time, the ZigBee routing algorithm is also done in-depth research. The paper puts forward a kind of optimization of improved ZBR dynamic routing algorithm, the NS2software simulation results show that the comprehensive performance significantly enhanced. PC real-timely displays lighting site environment parameters and the abnormal alarm, and realizes the centralized control and management for intelligent lighting system.The main research contents and results are as follows:1. According to PT4115chip as the core, design a kind of PWM pulse constant current source driving and dimmer, realizes the LED dimming of256degrees PWM linear and color temperature, solves the problems of the traditional LED driving and dimming about low efficiency, energy consumption, chromatography migration, color temperature change, inaccurate dimming and harmonic interference.2. Aiming at the traditional SMA antenna occupying a large space, it designs a kind of PCB antenna of inverted F type. Experiments show that the indoor obstacle space communication distance can reach more than30m, open the spatial accessibility of up to more than100m. Based on the ZigBee and RF4CE intelligent remote control standard, it also designs the ZigBee RF4CE remote control to achieve2.4G ZigBee wireless and infrared remote control, compatible with conventional, with no direction, penetrating strong, two-way communication and prolonging life and other advantages.3. It designs an OSAL scheduler of operating system abstraction layer, calling a series of API interface function and realizing the overall development of ZigBee protocol stack. Because service primitives of each layer as many as hundreds and multitask software program, it chooses the thinking of operating system and Task rotary query mechanism to perform multiple tasks scheduling, avoiding confusion, and meeting ultra low power standard.4. It puts forward a kind of optimized and improved ZBR dynamic routing algorithm. ZBR introduces the neighbor node and table, and limits the RREQ packet transmission radius and the general direction. Also it defines the default node of minimum energy, solving the problem about packet flooding, routing overhead, energy of equilibrium of Cluster-Tree and AOD Vjr traditional routing algorithms.5. The optimized and improved ZBR dynamic routing algorithm is simulated, validated and analyzed depending on NS2software to build a network model. The results show that ZBR can effectively shorten the average time delay, improve the delivery rate, reduce the routing overhead and energy, and prolong the network life. Finally, it builds a real environment platform for test, results show that the lighting system operates normally and steadily.6. Based on the VC6.0platform, it develops a PC epistemic machine and quickly realizes two-way communication with lower machine. The PC real-timely displays environmental data, abnormal alarm and centralized management for the LED lighting control system, which overcomes a lot of defects of traditional lighting about single control, backward management and "long lamp" phenomenon and so on.The LED intelligent lighting system to achieve the " sensor real time data acquisition, sensor network data transmission, remote control and accurate control, PC centralized management " design goal, with tenants on the lighting quality have become increasingly demanding, in the intelligent building, intelligent home furnishing industry highly market competitiveness, application prospect.
