As computer and internet technology being used in education widely nowadays,education has been included in the rapid development of informationisation. Internet asa platform provides all kinds of information services for education and it is playing amore and more important role in eduction-informationisation. As a emerging area,internet education is not mature-there are a lot to be discussed on its system andtechnology, such as how to realise a good condition for a open, information sharing,extensible, high-communication and interactive internet education system. This is thekey on whether it could be develop quickly of future internet education. However, dueto the limit of education platform and education resources, this method must cooperatewith the telecom providers to combine each other’s resources strength, to boost suchnew learning module.The service-oriented architecture, SOA, has become one of the focus of IT industry,it’s important role in IT projects has been recognized proverbially. SOA inherited anddeveloped the traditional structure, it can mix and match all different implementations,separate the service interface and implementation technology clearly, choose the bestimplementation environment for IT department on different orders (no matter the newones or those being used currently), as well as to integrate them by using a consistentstructure.Web service is recognized as the most ideal platform to construct SOA. Webservice based on XML can separate the service definition and implementation clearly, itmakes the Web service used on any software system, exerts the advantage of neutralityof the Web service. Currently, the basic Web service standard tends towards perfect; theregulations of metadata management and weave are being constituted. That means, it isready for SOA. Therefore, how to use Web service to support SOA solution will be avery important research topic.This thesis is written on Web service and SOA technology implementation interneteducation system, based on the requirement of modern internet education, linking withthe theory of modern internet education, Web service and SOA technology, establishing internet education system module based on Web service and SOA technology, thisproject realized the advantage of SOA structure.This thesis first described in details on the Web service and SOA technology,proposed the whole principle about internet-based education system, based on3G-WCDMA,Web service and SOA technology, designed the whole framework,functure structure, data structure, web components and interface of the surveillancesystem, and the OAS in school campus based on SOA and WEB, and discussed thefunction of the modules in detail..At last, summarize the whole thesis and discussed the further research andapplication direction and content.
