| In modern high-tech military electronics products, the electronics products that arepowerful, precise control, reliable operation are made up of more and more cable, baleof wire and network. The precision and reliability of the connection of the cablenetwork react on ensuing electronic system operating reliably. The branching programsof high-tension cable are always applied during the processing and testing. However,there is no other than the Excel format winding displacement in the research institute.Therefore, the manipulators need to draw the branching program by handwork. Thereare large quantity shortcomings such as large workload, excessive mistakes, badlyversatility and so on during drawing the branching program by handwork. Against theproblems above, the software of transition of the branching program in high-tensioncable is bursting to be developed.On the base of the application of high-voltage cable tester, this thesis which wasdead against that aerospace cable have more core wire, complex structure and differentmodel number compared with the general power and telecommunication cablesdeveloped the software of the transition in the branching program in high-voltage cablenetwork. The software which made the Excel format winding displacement turn intovisio format branching program automatically removed large handwork to economizethe cost of production and improve availability. Therefore, the manipulator could testthe high-tension cable firsthand by the branching program. The branching programobtained by the software could be stored into the data bank of high-tension cable ofspace production fleetly and currently. When the design chart was modified party, thenew branching program could be obtained by amending the original mode of connectionaccordingly. The software could correct the error of the network to assure the exactrelation o high-tension cable network.Firstly, this thesis introduced the present status and development of high-voltagecable tester. Then this thesis putted forward the demand of the software of the transitionin the branching program in high-voltage cable network in the aerospace product.Secondly, the integrated design o the software was applied. Thirdly, the means of realization of the function of modular was discussed. Finally, the test results of thesoftware of the transition in the branching program in high-tension cable were described.The exact branching program was obtained by the software of the transition inhigh-tension cable. The application of the software which not only enhanced theefficiency of production but also assured the validity of the drawing reduced the degreeof difficulty of drawing the branching program. Therefore the software could meetchallenge of the design in the factory. |
