This system is based on the JiujiangUniversity library service needs to develop, A books management information systemwas set up based on B/S and C/S model.This paper applies UML and ROSE to Demand analysis and design the librarymanagement system of Jiujiang University. Determine the system should be oriented tothe ordinary students, staff and administrators to three personnel each design.
