| The acceleration of urbanization, which makes the floating population trend toincrease in the large and medium cities, it brings new challenges for the urbanpopulation management department. How to implement the management work offloating population on the characteristics of the floating population, and improves theefficiency of management, that is the problems of management department’s forcurrent urban population. This thesis in view of the present situation of wenzhoufloating population administration work, the application of the information techonogyin the population management is dicussed.The design and implementation of integrated information management platformfor WenZhou is introduced in this thesis, the author discusses the development processof the system based on the ASP.NET technology, SQL Server database, using VisualStudio development platform. The platform includes the function modules such as thefloating population management, temporary residence permit management, familyplanning management, illegal record management, and comprehensive statistics.Among them, the imfromation maintance of floating population and removal andemigration are realized by the module of floating population management; Theprocedure and cancellation of the temporary residence permit is realized by themanagement of temporary residence permits; the maintance of floating populationplanning imfromation is provided by the Family planning management; the record ofillegal events for the floating population is realized by the Illegal records management;The comprehensive statistics mainly aimed at all kinds of characteristics of the floatingpopulation, classification statistics is realized, provides the valuable data for themanager; In the later period of the project development, after the function andperformance test, the floating population information management platform is provedall indexes achieve the users’ needs. The author discusses the work of each period formthe aspects of the system analysis, design, implementation, testing, etc. and theachievements of each stage are given.The three layers structure is adopted in the system, compared with the traditionalsingle architecture, it has good function expansibility, especially in the later system maintenance work, and the maintenance work can be reduced. At present, the platformhas been online operated, through actual operation shows that the platform functionsstablely, and did raise the work efficiency of floating population administration. |
