As a kind of marketing method, telemarketing can convey information to the target customers swiftly in a short period of time, which is adopted by many enterprises, seizing the target market with low cost and high profit. To keep pace with the development of the market, Xinhua Life Insurance Company has been seeking the breakthrough point of premium, setting up phone sales center in Beijing, which relies on e-marketing system. We are assigned to take charge of the development of telemarketing system by Xinhua Life Insurance Company. This subject is derived from the project.Telemarketing system of Xinhua Life Insurance Company is based on B/S structure (browser and server structure), applying the SMS and XML to enforce certain key technology such as workflow technology and digital signatures, achieving some functions such as operator outbound, sales management, customer management and work flow. It improves the work efficiency, regulates the sales process and reduces the sales risk.This subject puts the research process and method into specific production practice, applying researching thoughts and theoretical approach to the practice of solving problems, ultimately realizing the specific functions of the software of telemarketing system. At present, it is on trail operation, improving the work efficiency of various departments and showing a good advantage in the business module and data processing.
