Design And Implementation Of Zhongshan Drug Pharmacy Store Management Information System

Management of hospital drug storehouse plays significant role in sciencemanagement of modern hospital. In order to promote the efficiency of management ofhospital drug storehouse and management level, it is necessary to do inventorymanagement. With the development of information technology, in management ofhospital drug storehouse, computer system has an important effect to the developmentof hospital. In drug addiction treatment, there is a lot of work of drug management.Therefore, ministry of public security make legislation ask drug addiction treatmentestablish strict drug management system. So, in order to promote the drug managementlevel of drug addiction treatment, this project develops the information system of drugstorehouse management of drug addiction treatment which would provide digitalmanagement platform for staff of drug storehouse.The information system uses the structured development method, follows the rulesand requirements of system analysis, system design, system implementation and systemtest. In system analysis, the paper figures out the user’s business needs. What’s more,we conduct a feasibility analysis of the project from three levels of technical, economicand social. System design is divided into overall system design and detailed systemdesign. Overall system design thinks C/S development model is good for the project,and shows the figure of functional structure. Detailed system design includes databasedesign, process design and interface design. In system implementation, the paper adoptsEclipse as development environment, Java as the front development language, MySQLas the background database development. Finally, The information system includes sixsubsystems: pharmacopoeia management, drug procurement management, dispensarymanagement, inventory management, statistics management and system maintenancemanagement.After careful analysis and design, the information system achieves the desiredeffect, and its functions can meet the actual business demand of drug addictiontreatment of Zhongshan. In a word, the system promotes the quality of drugmanagement in Zhongshan, makes inquiry and statistics functions more convenient, can quickly adjust drug price, changes the traditional work flow and improves the workefficiency.
