With the rapid development of internet, more and more enterprises’ customer service(e-commerce, bank payment, technical support, etc.) gradually changes to on-line servicefrom traditional door to door or telephone service. The application of on-line service not onlysaves a lot of labor cost and time, but also can supply24-hour service to thousands even tensof thousands customers at the same time. This application has become the trend of society.At present, on-line service has become the mature mainstream of enterprises’ customerservice, but at the same time, threats of communications network security are more and moreobvious. How to identify the legal status and protect important data effectively, that means, toimprove the reliability of identity authentication and the security of communications networkhas become an urgent task. Only keep improving the security of on-line service, can providemore reliable security for the updating enterprises’ service system. The paper mainly focus onthe research of the enterprises service system’s security based on communications networkand B/S structure, the security is guaranteed from the authentication technology and securecommunication.First, through the detailed analysis on enterprises’ need of product sensitiveinformation’s distribution service, integrated the technology of symmetrical cryptosystemDES encryption algorithm and one-time password authentication technology, the paper hasestablished a multiple factor authentication mechanism method based on a general, involvingthe products of sensitive information’s distribution, cryptographic algorithm, one-timepassword registration and one-time security label program to solve the problem of productson-line service’ s application. In addition, in order to protect the sensitive information onproducts service, the paper also integrated the current mainstream technologies, likesymmetric cryptography DES, AES, IDEA and Asymmetric cryptographic system RSA,proposed a pseudo random hopping communication scheme based on DES, AES, IDEA, RSAand random string.At the end of the article, according to the proposed multifactor authentication mechanismmethod and pseudo random hopping communication scheme, using ASP.NET technology,take SQL Server2008as back-end databases, based on B/S structure, designed a simpleproduct service system to achieve products’ sensitive information distribution service anddescribed the system design and programming in details.
