The core values for the human resources management is according to improve theworking value of the staff hence to achieve the strategic goals in the enterprise. The mainobjective for the enterprise is that, the enterprise can achieve the core value by using thehuman resources management system. According to author s research, both the matureproducts and independent exploitation system of the enterprise are focus on solving the dailyworking processes via software. The core value of human resources management is ignored.Some of the system functions are too large and complex to make the working processesclearly, that reduce the work efficiency. Human resource management strategic came into inthe late1980s, and was widely using in European, American and Japanese enterprise. It wasproven that this is the long-term strategic for Sustainable competitive advantage. The authorhas been engaged on the human resource management more than10years. Strategic HumanResource Management Model as the strategic human resource management and provide thelayouts according to the research on human resource management in the world. In author sview, every job of human resources management must be working closely around theStrategic Human Resource Management Model, which helps the enterprise achieve itsstrategy. And the core theory of Strategic Human Resource Management Model in thesoftware of human resource management is rare. The modern software theory and strategichuman resource management are combined in this thesis. Try to provide the solution forachieving the core for the strategic human resources management meet modern softwareengineering requirements by Using UML modeling language and SQL structured querylanguage. And hope this paper can provide the new ideas for both who are working in humanresources management and in software development.
