How to make the optical resources get reliable, safe, economical and efficient management, giving customers a smooth and reliable communications security communications network, is the fundamental goal of this study.At present, the cable management structure has been divided into three layers, the first layer is fiber-optic signal communication level, the bureaux station management and maintenance; the second layer is the optical cable monitoring and fault location, the third tier is optical cable inspection maintenance,these three-tier structure, independent of each other, their information can not be shared, this paper proposes the intelligent optical network protection system is a set of optical communication protection, real-time monitoring of fiber optic cable, fiber optic inspection and management system as one of the intelligent optical integrated information management platform;Using GPS positioning, GPRS communication, OTDR fault location, resource synchronization mapping, database information sharing, and Internet TCP/UDP communications technology, it can thoroughly collect and manage all the geographic information real-time operating status, personnel management status for the optical cable, and then, using automation hardware and equipment, intelligent algorithm technology,makes the integration platform become automated, intelligent,in order to raise the platform self-protection, self-scheduling, automatic alarm, self-management ability.This paper introduces several important application technology in the area of intelligent optical network protection,at the base of combination technologies,the optical network solutions for intelligent protection system has been proposed. Then,under the new protection program features, the hardware components of the system was completed; Later, in the fourth chapter, several important new protection program technical difficulties has got solved, GPRS communication problems, communication agents, as well as protocol conversion and other issues;Finally, complete the design work of entire system operating framework. |
