| Displacement (angle and linear displacement) measurement has been widely used inmechanical processing and military and other fields, and give a higher stander to theprecision of measurement. Today, mainly used gratingã€inductosynã€magnetic gridã€timegrating and so on, to do the displacement measurement. But all these sensors can`tmaximize the number of pole pairs(the grating line number)to improve the precision.To solve the above problem, we give a new structure of the sensor. It has the sametheory as other electromagnetic induction sensors, such as time grating. They all use motortype winding structure, and use the mutual inductance between the rotor and stator toachieve the mechanical quantify converts to electrical signals. But it also has somediffidence:(1) The excitation of the rotor winding and stator winding slot pitch3000outputstructure of the three-phase induction electrical angle. It has more pole-pairs than others;(2)Improve the demodulation of the three-phase induction signal, and get high-intensityinduction signal;(3) Eliminate more harmonic components.For the above structural improvements, we will give the following contents:(1) At first, analysis the measurement principle of grating〠inductosynã€magneticgridã€time grating, and give the theoretical basis for the sensor designer.(2) Analysis the signal model of the two-phase and three-phase time grating, and thecoupling displacement sensor with unequal-tooth signal model and induction signal.Analysis the working principle and harmonic characteristics, and Eliminate more harmoniccomponents.(3) According to the principle of the sensor, design the structure of stator and rotor foruse the simulation software, optimize the structure parameters of the sensor and get betterresults.(4) According to the principle of the sensor, combination the signal processing of thetime grating, design the signal processing circuit of the coupling displacement sensor withunequal-tooth.(5) Carry out the stability of the sensor testing laboratories and precision experiments,and analysis the errors.In summary. on the basis of the time grating. We get a new sensor structure. Researchthe working principle and structure design of sensor and signal processing and erroranalysis.
