Design And Development Of Web Service System Of Earthquakes Information In Dalian City

In recent years, the rapid development of the WebGIS technology provides a newtechnical support for the management and service of earthquake monitoring data. Someearthquake-prone countries, like the United States, the European Union, Russia and Japan,have applied the WebGIS technology into the management and publishing of the earthquakeinformation, however, the research and application of our country in this field has just started.With the application of the WebGIS electronic map in the publishing service of theearthquake information, the user will get the earthquake information which is based onelectronic maps through the web browser, all of which bring enormous changes to the waysand carrier of the earthquake information, and also provide a convenience platform for publicto get the earthquake information.The use of the WebGIS technology and distribution of earthquake information is a trend.Based on Sogou Maps API, the author has developed the system of earthquake informationpublishing in Dalian, proposed a three-tier system design and the structure of earthquakeinformation database, given the operation interface and the key code for querying anddisplaying the main earthquake information. The query and display function of the system canfully show the state of earthquake information and information distribution, which provideusers with a convenient platform for distributing earthquake information through the Internet.This thesis is based on the systematic theory and key technology, using the JavaScriptscripting language to call Sogou Maps API, which can achieve the system of the earthquakeinformation publishing via the Internet in Dalian and the function of browsing, querying andanalyzing earthquake information. The functions of the Web Service System can fully showthe state of earthquake information and information distribution, and according to the state ofthe earthquake information system, developed the personalized function to make theearthquake plan, which can provide users with a convenient earthquake information networkpublishing platform.
