| Safe production is always an important focus field recently by the communist party center and people of china. Safe production and supervision management is a difficulty problem that is emphasized to be solved urgently in today’s society due to a shocking security incident one by one. With the development of information technology and science, electronization processings to realize safe production supervision management responsibility, supervision management rules, supervision management information collection, supervision management pre-warning, reform feedback, information sharing, safe responsibility checking and estimation, pre-warning on time, arranging and checking safe production hidden dangers and etc. overall by using information technology have been become a focus project paid much attentions by a various level of government. Author of this paper had a good fortune to participate in research and development of a prototype system for the safe production supervision management system of Shanghai Minhang district in order to react states of safe production supervision management work in the district in real time and give palsies to the government supervision management departments, enterprise responsibility main body and society supervision fully.The main work researched and developed in this paper is summarized as the followings:1) Combine with the existing government network and internet, research and analyze the software architecture of safe production supervision management, network communication and business process of safe production, describe the design of system at the same time;2) By researching the theory of crucial technologies, the paper propose and achieve some crucial technologies, for example the instant message,SSO, menus linkage;3) Technical features researched and achieved is summarized as the followings:①the server send the data to the client instantly by achieving the server push technology based on Comet;②the background methods are called asynchronously so that users do not need to refresh the paper for achieving the menu linkage, improve user experience;③users can access to safe production supervision system and BBS through logging on the system once.④The sms and email can be automatically sent through HTTP interaction data, the background scan the database opportunely and notify the people by the email and sms message instantly.The crucial technologies and software modules researched and achieved in the paper have been used in<safe production supervision management system in Minhang district>. |
